- Supervise daily workshop operations and manage the customization team
- Monitor and inspect all upholstery work including leather seats, dashboards, door panels, headliners, and interior trim
- Oversee interior customization, body kit installations, and exterior modifications
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and management
- Maintain quality control, productivity, and workshop safety
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of supervisory experience in automotive customization
- Strong hands on experience in automotive upholstery and ability to inspect and approve upholstery work
- Good knowledge of interior customization, body kits, and exterior upgrades
- Experience working with luxury and premium vehicles
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Overview

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive customization.

- Experience working with luxury and premium vehicles.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per hour
