Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install fabric, leather, foam, and padding materials
- Repair and restore sofas, chairs, beds, cushions, and other upholstered furniture
- Remove old upholstery and replace damaged materials
- Operate upholstery tools and equipment such as sewing machines, staplers, and cutting tools
- Read and interpret design drawings, measurements, and customer requirements
- Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and appearance of upholstered products
- Conduct quality checks on finished work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, and interior fit out teams when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar role
- Knowledge of upholstery materials, fabrics, leather, foam, and furniture structures
- Ability to use upholstery tools and sewing machines
- Good measuring, cutting, and stitching skills
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture items
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 5 years of experience (preferred)

Overview
- We need someone responsible for repairing, restoring, and creating upholstered furniture and other cushioned items by using fabric, leather, foam, springs, and padding materials.
- They ensure high quality workmanship while following design specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install fabric, leather, foam, and padding materials.
- Repair and restore sofas, chairs, beds, cushions, and other upholstered furniture.
- Remove old upholstery and replace damaged materials.

Requirements and Qualifications

Pay
- QAR1,000.00 QAR1,500.00 per month
