Food Service
Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items.
Strictly adhere to food and safety standards.
Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu.
Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience.
Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.
Cleaning
Perform cleaning duties in resident suites and throughout the building.
Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Act as a team member and work cooperatively and supportively with other departments.
