Responsibilities
- Resolve transaction disruptions and support seamless execution of Trade transactions.
- Meet clients to discuss digitization, transaction flows, volumes, queries, disruptions, and solutions.
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide personalized service to Trade clients.
- Prioritize Trade Priority transactions and achieve targeted turnaround times.
- Provide regular client feedback and proactively communicate to reduce client dependency on the bank.
- Monitor the TD queue and ensure country-transferred transactions are handled within 30 minutes.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending transactions and queries.
- Plan staffing, leave coverage, team utilization, and staff training.
- Maintain staff motivation and encourage participation in continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
- Comply with group and local sanctions policies, applicable regulations, and the Code of Conduct.
- Improve digital penetration and record tangible process improvement results.
Skills And Experiences
- Trade knowledge, client service, general banking, email, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Trade Services or Trade Operations with advanced Trade Product Knowledge is required.
- An undergraduate qualification is required.
- Thorough understanding of ICC rules, local laws, legal risks, and operational risks is required.
- Experience with Collections, Letters of Credit, Guarantees or SBLC, Open Account Financing or Receivable Purchases, and Islamic Trade is required.
- ICC certifications such as CDCS or CSDG are an added advantage.
