• Strong understanding of and experience in end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management processes. • Good knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, Various Regulatory Reporting including RBI and UKPRA (UK Prudential Regulation Authority / Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), KYC Overdue Management / (Hard hold process), Shadow Banking reviews, and Fund Finance processes. • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients, business users, and technology teams within a multinational organization, including managing cross-border stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build effective working relationships across teams and functions. • Ability to proactively identify risks, assess potential impacts, establish appropriate controls, and escalate issues in a timely and effective manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and updates to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. • Demonstrates a client-centric mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality service while resolving requests and queries promptly. • Ability to create meaningful Management Information (MI), reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights, trends, and updates to stakeholders and Management team on a regular basis. • Ability to independently manage team deliverables, drive outcomes, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrates accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities, ensuring adherence to established processes, timely resolution of issues, and contribution to continuous process improvement and operational stability. • Demonstrates an agile and adaptable mindset with the ability to learn new activities, manage multiple processes, adapt to evolving business requirements, and deliver sustainable solutions while maintaining appropriate controls and quality standards. • Ability to manage increased volumes, operational complexity, and changing priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and service level expectations. • Flexible to work across different time zones and schedules based on business requirements and operational demands. • Familiarity with internal banking applications such as SCI, Client Central, CreditMate, Regulatory Reporting systems, and related platforms.

- Strong track record of supporting and working alongside front-office/middle office staff and GBS. • He/she should be a team player with strong analytical, Process documentation, Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively and tailor communication with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization.

Qualifications
- Key Experiences • Good knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, Various Regulatory Reporting including RBI and UKPRA (UK Prudential Regulation Authority / Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), KYC Overdue Management / (Hard hold process), Shadow Banking reviews, and Fund Finance processes. • Experience leading teams to deliver agreed service levels, quality standards, productivity targets and operational controls. • Experience managing stakeholder interactions, resolving escalations, driving process improvements and supporting change initiatives Certifications / Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. • Role-specific regulatory or compliance certifications where required by local regulations. Languages • English (Business Proficiency) • Local language(s) relevant to the operating location • Additional language proficiency preferred where required for market or client support
