Union Operator - Driller

Compensation includes

• Hourly wage based on Union scale and individual experience

• Primary Work Location:
• Based out of the Pittsburgh, PA area
• Projects primarily located throughout PA/WV/OH/MD/DC/VA
• Project assignments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
• Responsibilities of Union Operator, Driller :
• Safely operate large diameter drilling equipment on foundation construction projects.
• Perform drilling operations in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Work closely with field crews to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain daily records of work performed and installed.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Preferred Experience for Union Operator, Diller :
• Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:
• Drilled Shafts / Caissons
• Predrilling for Piling
• Secant and Tangent Pile Walls
• Augercast Piles
• Experience operating any of the following drill rigs is highly preferred:
• CZM
• Bauer
• IMT
• Qualifications for Union Operator, Driller :
• Proven experience in large diameter drilling operations.
• Ability to work safely in heavy civil construction environments.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license
