Union Carpenter Foreman

Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking experienced Union Carpenter Foreman to join our growing heavy civil construction team.

We are looking for skilled professionals with experience operating large diameter drilling equipment on complex geotechnical and heavy civil construction projects.

Typical schedule is approximately 40 hours per week , with overtime available based on project demands and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

This is a union position , and the successful candidate will either already be a member or become a member of the applicable Carpenters Local .

• Hourly wage based on Union scale and individual experience
• Overtime pay
• Per Diem based on location
• Benefits provided through the collective bargaining agreement

The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating field crews performing heavy civil construction activities while maintaining safe, productive, and organized operations.

The Foreman is expected to serve as a hands-on field leader , capable of working alongside the crew while directing daily activities.
