Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Warehouse Operations

Mitchell Companies is looking for Warehouse Keg Pickers to accurately select, prepare, and stage beer kegs for customer deliveries. This position plays an important role in ensuring orders are picked correctly, organized, and ready for timely delivery.

This is a hands-on, physically active warehouse position that requires working in a cold box for extended periods. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour

4-day workweek — Monday through Thursday

Accurately select and pick beer kegs from warehouse cold box shelves based on customer orders

Safely stage and prepare kegs for loading and transportation

Ensure orders are picked accurately and ready for scheduled deliveries

Maintain organized inventory by properly storing and arranging kegs

Inspect kegs for damage or defects and report issues to the supervisor

Ensure kegs are properly labeled and stored according to company standards

Follow safe lifting and handling procedures to prevent injury and product damage

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks as needed
