Role Overview
Join DTCC's Underwriting team and support the processing of securities eligibility activities for DTC services.
The role focuses on operational delivery, quality client service, exception handling, and risk-aware execution of specialized workflows.
Compensation
- Salary range is £25,000 to £27,000 per annum with bonus.
- The role includes an attractive shift allowance of £3,500 per annum.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role works a 1pm to 9pm shift.
- DTCC offers a flexible hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote; onsite days include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day selected by the team or employee.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute operational processes using documented procedures and job aids, process specialized workflows, resolve exceptions, and assist with complex inquiries.
- Manage workload and ensure deliverables are completed while balancing competing priorities.
- Apply department controls and risk processes to daily work to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately.
- Respond to client inquiries accurately and promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
