Underwriting Intake Specialist

• 1+ years of experience in employee benefits, underwriting, or insurance operations preferred.
• Prior experience in a PEO, TPA, carrier, or benefits brokerage environment a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Client Space, etc.).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range targeted for this position is listed below.

However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience.

In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this hourly range.

Hourly Range: $23.00-25.00 per hour
