Knowledge & Qualifications
- Higher education / undergraduate
- Working towards CII
- Some knowledge of insurance and reinsurance and their application
- Some knowledge of the UK motor market and other territories
Skills & Demonstrable Experience
- Good level of numeracy
- Administrative/Organisational skills
- Self-motivated and independent while maintaining underwriting discipline to achieve strategic objectives
- Attention to detail and the ability to challenge assumptions made
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, professionalism, sales/marketing and presentation skills
