Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies including X ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and Mammography
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports
- Perform image guided diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, where credentialed
- Collaborate with physicians across multiple specialties including emergency medicine, oncology, orthopedics, surgery, neurology, cardiology, and internal medicine
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to patient management decisions
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and clinical governance policies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting in accordance with DHA/DOH regulations
- Participate in clinical audits, research, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Supervise and mentor junior radiologists, residents, and radiographers where applicable
Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification
- FRCR (Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists, UK) or equivalent UK recognized Consultant qualification
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or entry on the UK Specialist Register
- Minimum 5 10 years of post specialization experience at the Consultant level
- Eligibility for or possession of a DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant license
- Full GMC Specialist Registration with a valid License to Practice
- Currently residing in the UAE

- Abudhabis Top Radiology Vertical is expanding and is looking to recruit UK trained Consultant Diagnostic Radiologists currently based in the UAE for freelance reporting opportunities with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including: X ray, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Fluoroscopy, Mammography (where applicable)
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports.
- Perform image guided diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, where credentialed.
- Collaborate with physicians across multiple specialties, including emergency medicine, oncology, orthopedics, surgery, neurology, cardiology, and internal medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.

- Minimum 5 10 years of post specialization experience at the Consultant level.

Essential Requirements
- Full GMC Specialist Registration with a valid License to Practice
- Currently residing in the UAE
- UK trained Consultant Diagnostic Radiologist
- Excellent diagnostic reporting skills with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to deliver timely, high quality reports
- Eligibility for or possession of a relevant UAE medical license (DOH/DHA/MOH is an advantage)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- UK trained with experience in the NHS or other internationally accredited healthcare institutions.
- Experience with advanced imaging technologies and PACS/RIS systems.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to teaching, research, and continuous professional development
