- Role focus- 7 Years Exp.
- **UX + UI generalists**
- End‑to‑end ownership across the project lifecycle:
- UX research → workshops → wireframes → UI design → delivery
- Core skills & tools
- Design tools:
- **Figma**
(Primary)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, etc.)
• Envision And Adobe XD (acceptable)
- Prototyping & wireframing
- Responsive design:
- Web & mobile
- Multiple breakpoints and large screens
- Experience with
- design systems
- (internal design system available)
- Working style
- Comfortable running
- design thinking workshops independently
- Confident stakeholder communication
- Ability to work across
- multiple portfolios.
- Expected to work independently.
Experience & Profile
- Ideal:
- \~5 years’ experience
- Strong portfolio mandatory
- Experience with:
- Large enterprise applications
- Customer‑facing and internal systems
- Domain experience
