Position Overview

We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer** to join our team.

You will design **intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces** that enhance the experience across our digital products.

Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate **user needs and business goals** into elegant, intuitive design solutions
  • Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs**
  • Design consistent **interfaces aligned with brand guidelines**
  • Conduct **user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis**
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure **smooth design implementation**
  • Stay up to date with **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices**
  • Maintain and evolve **design systems, style guides, and component libraries**
  • Creating presentations for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of **UI/UX design experience** (web or mobile applications)
  • Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools**
  • Strong portfolio showcasing **UI design and UX problem-solving**
  • Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles** and usability best practices
  • Experience with **user testing, research, and wireframing**
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in **agile development environments**
  • Familiarity with **HTML/CSS/JavaScript** (basic understanding)
  • Background in **healthtech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms**
  • Experience with **medical dashboards or healthcare visualization**
