UI/UX Designer

Job requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design capability across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of the end-to-end design process across multiple products, features, and projects.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centred design, interaction design, and accessibility best practices, with the ability to create intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.

• Experience using user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Job responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces, interactive prototypes, and user journeys for new features, product enhancements, and continuous improvements.

• Apply, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a seamless user experience across all digital products.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, effective design solutions.

• Partner with Developers throughout the delivery process to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet high standards of quality and usability.

• Use user feedback, usability testing, and product analytics to identify opportunities, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the user experience.
