About the Role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 7 years of UAE FMCG wholesale sales experience
- Existing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B buyers
- Strong knowledge of UAE wholesale and traditional trade channels
- Experience selling edible oils and staple food products
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems

Job Purpose
- Develop and expand wholesale, B2B, and cash market sales across the UAE by promoting the company's portfolio of edible oils, rice, sugar, flour, pulses, spices, and other FMCG food products.
- Responsible for generating profitable sales, acquiring new wholesale customers, and maintaining strong relationships with traders, distributors, retailers, and foodservice businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new wholesale customers across the UAE.
- Expand sales within traditional trade and wholesale markets.
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers.
- Build relationships with food distributors and bulk buyers.
- Increase sales in the cash and carry segment.
- Develop institutional and HORECA business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct daily customer visits.
- Present the company's private label products.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Maximize product listings with wholesale customers.
- Monitor customer stock levels and recommend replenishment orders.
Product Portfolio
- Primary focus (approx. 60% of sales): Edible Oils (Sunflower, Corn, Canola, Palm Olein, Soybean, Blended).
- Secondary focus (approx. 40% of sales): Basmati Rice, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Pulses, Spices, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Canned Foods, other private label FMCG products.
Target Customer Segments
- Wholesale Markets: wholesale food traders, cash and carry buyers, re export traders, FMCG distributors, independent wholesalers.
- Traditional Trade: supermarkets, grocery stores, mini markets, convenience stores.
- Foodservice (HORECA): hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafeterias, bakeries.
- Institutional: labour camps, catering contractors, hospitals, schools, government supply contractors.
Daily Activities
- Visit 10–15 customers per day.
- Generate new customer leads.
- Prepare quotations.
- Negotiate orders.
- Follow up on deliveries.
- Monitor competitor pricing.
- Collect market intelligence.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Follow up on payments and collections.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of UAE FMCG wholesale sales experience.
- Existing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B buyers.
- Strong knowledge of UAE wholesale and traditional trade channels.
- Experience selling edible oils and staple food products.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

- Candidates with experience supplying or working with Al Ras wholesale market, Dubai wholesale food traders, Ajman and Sharjah wholesale markets, Abu Dhabi wholesale distributors, Northern Emirates retail and wholesale networks, re export customers serving Oman, Africa, and other GCC markets.
