Job Description

Ignite School is looking to hire UAE National talent as part of our Emiratization hiring initiative for administrative roles within the school.

The selected candidate will support daily administrative operations and may be assigned to areas such as reception, admissions support, clerical work, student records, data entry, and general school administration based on experience, skills, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative operations across the school.
  • Assist with reception duties, parent inquiries, visitor support, and front-desk coordination.
  • Support the admissions team with document collection, follow-ups, student files, and parent communication.
  • Handle filing, scanning, data entry, and record updates.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student, parent, and staff-related records.
  • Support internal coordination between departments when required.
  • Assist with general clerical and office administration tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, staff, students, and visitors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the school leadership or administration team.

Requirements

  • UAE National.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a school environment.
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, admissions, customer service, data entry, or school operations is preferred but not required.
