Responsibilities
- Own end to end project tracking across the Creative & Editorial function, maintaining full visibility of projects, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines
- Ensure projects move efficiently through briefing, review, approval, and delivery stages
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers
- Streamline and enhance the briefing process, ensuring accurate capture of information and smooth flow through systems
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, workflows, and SOPs
- Improve resource planning, workload allocation, and capacity forecasting
- Continuously review workflows to identify inefficiencies and reduce manual administrative effort
- Implement smarter processes and tools to drive efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards providing visibility on project status, team capacity, resource allocation, and delivery performance
- Act as the operational link between Creative, Editorial, Marketing, Buying, Content, Product, and Production teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related creative discipline
- 3–5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Marketing Operations
- Experience within a creative, marketing, content, or agency environment is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Hands on experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp
- Experience implementing automation workflows and using AI tools (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Purpose
- The Creative & Editorial Project Coordinator drives operational excellence across the Creative & Editorial function.
- Responsible for managing project workflows, streamlining and improving the briefing process, enhancing visibility of team capacity and delivery, and ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to final delivery.
- Reports to the Head of Creative & Editorial.
Functional Responsibilities
- Own end to end project tracking across the Creative & Editorial function, maintaining full visibility of projects, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Ensure projects move efficiently through briefing, review, approval, and delivery stages.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers.
- Support prioritisation across BAU, campaigns, brand partnerships, and special projects.
- Streamline and enhance the briefing process, ensuring accurate capture of information and smooth flow through systems.
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, workflows, and SOPs.
- Improve resource planning, workload allocation, and capacity forecasting.
- Support delivery planning and drive accountability through clear ownership and timelines.
- Support the day to day running of creative operations across production and design.
- Continuously review workflows to identify inefficiencies and reduce manual administrative effort.
- Implement smarter processes and tools to drive efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks and introduce AI enabled workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related creative discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Marketing Operations.
- Experience within a creative, marketing, content, or agency environment is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Hands on experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Experience implementing automation workflows and using AI tools (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of workflow mapping and process optimisation.
