Purpose of the Role
Support the Senior Client Relationship Manager in managing client accounts and coordinating daily activities.
Act as a link between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
Ensure client requirements are followed up and resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client management and maintain a high level of service.
- Monitor client requests and instructions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain client account records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, placement, claims, and other departments.
- Identify issues or delays and escalate them promptly.
- Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and claims reports.
- Track renewal timelines and support advance market reviews and placements.
- Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with client onboarding and timely policy activation.
- Provide administrative support to the client relationship management function.
Required Qualifications
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in medical insurance.
- Have experience in client-facing work or client relationship management.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Show eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
