- Lead strategic client engagements and become a trusted advisor to CXOs
- Define and drive account strategy, developing long term growth plans
- Lead high stakes sales cycles from discovery to deal closure for large scale digital, cloud, and AI initiatives
- Champion Microsoft technology stacks and collaborate with Microsoft sellers and partner programs
- Mentor and enable sales execution for junior account managers and pre sales teams
- Collaborate across presales, delivery, solution architects, and partner ecosystems
- Drive revenue growth, renewals, and satisfaction metrics; identify whitespace for cross sell and upsell
- Represent Delphi in industry forums, partner events, and executive client briefings
- Track and report business metrics ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Requirements
- 8–12 years in sales or account management within IT consulting or Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving service based sales within Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Business Applications)
- Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise clients with value based consultative techniques
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with enterprise decision makers
- Understanding of modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI adoption journeys
- Based in UAE with deep familiarity with local business environment

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles within IT services or technology consulting environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements: Take ownership of key enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted advisor to CXOs.
- Define & Drive Account Strategy: Own development and execution of long term account growth plans.
- Lead High Stakes Sales Cycles: Steer complex sales pursuits from discovery to deal closure.
- Drive Microsoft Centric Value: Champion Microsoft technology stacks and work with Microsoft sellers.
- Mentor & Enable Sales Execution: Guide junior account managers and pre sales teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Orchestrate cross functional collaboration.
- Drive Revenue & Retention: Own revenue growth targets, renewals, and satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Delphi in the Market: Act as senior representative in industry forums.

What You’ll Bring
- 8–12 years in sales or account management within IT consulting or Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Preferred Skills
- Existing relationships with Microsoft ecosystem in UAE.
- Experience with regional RFPs, proposal responses, and enterprise deal structuring.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Co Sell, Partner Center, and marketplace offerings.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
