About the Role

  • Delphi is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Business Functional Lead to join our Data, Digital & AI Consulting practice.
  • This is a strategic consulting role for a domain expert who can bridge business and technology, helping clients modernize their operations through Data, AI, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the UAE real estate industry, coupled with hands on experience in enterprise business systems such as Yardi, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Real Estate domain expert across client engagements, providing strategic business and functional consulting for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, operational challenges, and transformation priorities across the real estate value chain.
  • Conduct business process assessments, facilitate discovery workshops, and gather functional requirements to define scalable, technology enabled solutions.
  • Analyze current state processes and design future state business capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, AI specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Advise clients on the adoption of Data, Digital, AI, and Enterprise technologies to optimize business operations and drive measurable business value.
  • Recommend industry best practices, process improvements, and technology strategies aligned with the client's business objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring functional requirements are accurately translated into solution designs and delivered effectively.
  • Define business requirements for Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics across real estate business processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to design intelligent, data driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI enabled business capabilities.

Enterprise Business Systems

  • Provide functional expertise on enterprise platforms such as Yardi, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP RE FX, or equivalent real estate management systems.
  • Assess existing application landscapes and recommend modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define integration requirements between enterprise applications, digital platforms, and modern data ecosystems.
  • Support enterprise application transformation and optimization initiatives.

Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Present business cases, transformation roadmaps, and solution recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of consulting engagements.

Pre Sales & Practice Development

  • Support proposal development, solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of Delphi's Real Estate consulting offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets.
  • Mentor consultants and business analysts on real estate domain knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Represent Delphi as a trusted advisor in client engagements and industry discussions.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–16 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the UAE/GCC Real Estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of end to end real estate business processes, including property development, sales, leasing, property management, facilities management, and asset management.
  • Hands on functional experience with enterprise business applications such as Yardi, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP RE FX, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience participating in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Data, Analytics, or AI initiatives.
  • Proven ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an IT Consulting or Professional Services environment is highly preferred.
