Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented PRO and HR Admin Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PRO services, online government services, HR administration, UAE Labour Law, MOHRE system, immigration systems, and all employment related formalities.
  • Arabic speaking candidates are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all PRO related services and online government transactions
  • Manage government portal services related to MOHRE, immigration, labour, and visa processes
  • Process new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, work permits, labour contracts, and Emirates ID applications
  • Coordinate with Dubai and Abu Dhabi immigration systems for employee related requirements
  • Ensure all employee documents, labour cards, visas, Emirates IDs, and contracts are updated and properly maintained
  • Assist with onboarding formalities for new employees, including documentation, offer letters, employment contracts, and joining requirements
  • Support HR administration tasks such as employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies
  • Coordinate with government authorities, typing centers, medical centers, and other external parties when required
  • Track visa expiry, passport expiry, labour card expiry, Emirates ID expiry, and other important document renewals
  • Prepare HR letters, NOCs, salary certificates, warning letters, and other employee related documents
  • Support employee offboarding, final settlement documentation, cancellation process, and exit formalities

Requirements

  • Good experience in PRO services and online government services
  • Strong HR administration background
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
  • Hands on experience with MOHRE system
  • Experience with Dubai and Abu Dhabi immigration systems
  • Knowledge of visa processing, labour contracts, work permits, Emirates ID, medical test procedures, and employee documentation
  • Ability to manage all formalities related to HR processes and employment requirements
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong coordination, follow up, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with government portals and HR records
