Responsibilities
- Source and secure exclusive residential and commercial property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors
- Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property details
- Prepare attractive property listings with high quality descriptions, photos, and videos
- Upload and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company CRM
- Keep listings updated and ensure all information is accurate
- Conduct market research and provide pricing recommendations to property owners
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize property exposure
- Negotiate listing agreements and maintain long term client relationships
- Achieve monthly listing targets while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of UAE real estate experience as a Listing Agent or Real Estate Consultant
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to generate listings independently
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
- Arabic speakers are highly preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Key Responsibilities
