Responsibilities
- Process and submit transactions through ICP, MOHRE, TAMM, and DOH portals
- Handle employment contracts, labor cards, work permits, and quota applications via MOHRE
- Process Abu Dhabi local government services, medical test applications, and Department of Health tracking
- Draft, format, and translate standard legal documents, powers of attorney, or business contracts as required
- Review client documents (passports, visas, trade licenses) to ensure compliance with government rules
- Calculate correct typing fees, government service fees, and clarify processing timelines to clients
- Correct and resubmit rejected applications immediately by tracking issues on portal helpdesks
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a typist or in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with ability to read, interpret, and type Arabic script accurately
- High speed accurate typing skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven ability to work efficiently under peak hour customer pressure
- Professional understanding of online payment gateways, corporate smart forms, and documentation standards

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, fast, and detail oriented Typist (2 4 Years Experience) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The ideal candidate will handle front end customer inquiries and accurately process government transactions through various online portals.
- Strong familiarity with UAE immigration, labor, and residency systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- ICP: Process and submit transactions through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security portal.
- MOHRE: Handle employment contracts, labor cards, work permits, and quota applications.
- TAMM & DOH: Process Abu Dhabi local government services, medical test applications, and Department of Health tracking.
- Legal & Documentation: Draft, format, and translate standard legal documents, powers of attorney, or business contracts as required.
- Review client documents (passports, visas, trade licenses) to ensure exact compliance with government rules, reducing rejection rates.
- Calculate correct typing fees, government service fees, and clarify processing timelines to clients clearly.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. Ability to read, interpret, and type Arabic script accurately is highly mandatory for government systems.
- Skills: High speed accurate typing skills in both English and Arabic. Proven track record of working efficiently under peak hour customer pressure.
