Job Purpose

  • The HR Assistant will provide daily administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth internal HR processes in compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (contracts, visas, passports, IDs).
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, and warning letters.
  • Assist in coordinating employee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
  • Post job openings on various job portals and screen incoming CVs based on requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on the hiring process.
  • Handle onboarding formalities for new hires, including collecting documents, creating profiles, and organizing induction sessions.
  • Track daily attendance, leaves (annual, sick, unpaid), and overtime of employees.
  • Prepare and share monthly attendance and leave reports with the finance team for payroll processing.
  • Assist in aligning payroll records with the UAE Wages Protection System (WPS) where applicable.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries regarding leaves, policies, and basic HR procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Support the smooth handling of exit formalities, including calculating end of service benefits and clearing paperwork.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (experience handling UAE based operations or a basic understanding of UAE Labor Law is a major plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data with strict discretion.
