- Develop pricing schedules and rates
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
- Report daily sales dynamics and client requirements
Requirements
- BSc in mechanical engineering or sales & marketing; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) sales experience as a sales executive or sales engineer
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of strategic planning
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasiveness skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- English and Arabic are a must
- Driving license required

Job Purpose
- To plan, implement and direct the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives in HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV)
Compensation
- Up to AED 33,000 with family benefits including education allowance
Principal Accountabilities
- Achieves sales target as set by the management
- Delegates designated customers accounts to sales team
- Follows up projects & inquiries to achieve the sales goals
- Supervises the activities and performance of the sales team
- Investigates lost sales (Customer accounts)
- Develops piecing schedules and rates
- Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Attends trade meetings and industry conventions
- Any other related task as required by the department manager
- Reports daily sales dynamics and client’s requirements
Minimum Requirements
- BSC in mechanical engineering degree/ sales & marketing, MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) sales experience as a sales executive or sales engineer
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of strategic planning
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and negotiations & persuasiveness skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- English and Arabic are a must
- Driving license is required
