Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in construction and interior fit out industry
- At least 15 years of proven leadership experience managing luxury high end interior fit out and bespoke joinery projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering prestigious projects including luxury villas, palaces, five star hotels, etc.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with values from AED 50 million to AED 500 million
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle

Principal Accountabilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the successful delivery of multiple luxury high end fit out and bespoke joinery projects, ensuring execution in line with approved budgets, project schedules, quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource allocation plans, procurement strategies, and master project schedules to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Lead, direct, and inspire multidisciplinary project teams comprising Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and project support functions, fostering a high performance and results driven culture.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, successful project delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor overall project performance through robust governance frameworks, evaluating schedule adherence, cost performance, productivity, quality, procurement status, resource utilization, and project risks while implementing timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide commercial leadership by overseeing project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow management, variations, claims, contractual entitlements, and financial controls to maximize project profitability and safeguard the company's commercial interests.
- Direct procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the timely sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, and delivery of bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, long lead materials, and subcontractor services in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, statutory regulations, authority approvals, company policies, HSEQ standards, and applicable international quality management systems.
- Champion a culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) excellence by driving compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practice implementation across all project activities.
- Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, establish effective mitigation and recovery strategies, and ensure business continuity through structured risk management practices.
- Review and approve project schedules, engineering deliverables, shop drawings, material submittals, technical proposals, construction methodologies, and method statements in close coordination with design, engineering, and technical teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, site operations, and installation teams to optimize project execution and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related engineering or construction discipline from a recognized institution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Additional professional certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Administration, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the construction and interior fit out industry.
- At least 15 years of proven leadership experience managing complex luxury high end interior fit out and bespoke joinery projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering prestigious projects including luxury villas, palaces, five star hotels, premium residential developments, commercial offices, retail developments, and bespoke interior fit out projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with individual project values ranging from AED 50 million to AED 500 million.
- Extensive expertise in luxury interior construction methodologies, bespoke joinery manufacturing, architectural woodwork, and the integration of specialist finishes including natural stone, metalwork, glass, decorative finishes, and MEP services.
- Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Technical Competencies
- End to end delivery of luxury high end interior fit out projects.
- Bespoke joinery manufacturing, architectural woodwork, and specialist interior finishes.
- Project planning, scheduling, and program management using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Commercial and contract management, including a sound understanding of FIDIC contracts and contractual administration.
- Project budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and profitability management.
- Procurement strategy, supply chain management, and subcontractor administration.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems and compliance management.
- Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management principles and best practices.
- Enterprise risk management, project governance, and mitigation planning.
- Value engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Design coordination, technical reviews, shop drawing approvals, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
