Role overview
Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies improve the quality and safety of online content and AI systems.
The analyst reviews user profiles, audio, video, and text content and investigates issues reported by users or flagged by systems.
The role may involve exposure to objectionable or disturbing content and demanding visual patterns.
Responsibilities
- Review, classify, remove, or proactively engage with content under client guidelines.
- Stay current on client policies, industry trends, generative AI limitations, and responsible AI developments.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues.
- Develop prompts to test large language models on sensitive responsible AI topics.
- Evaluate model responses for appropriateness, refusals, and disclaimers.
- Help develop content moderation and responsible AI governance practices.
Qualifications and capabilities
- Any graduation qualification is accepted.
- The role requires 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong coping ability, emotional resilience, stress management, communication, and comprehension are required.
