Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and guide them through their treatment journey
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and financial options with confidence and empathy
- Convert consultations into accepted treatment plans by building trust and addressing patient concerns
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with clinicians and front office teams
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment plans and outstanding cases
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional patient experience
- Achieve monthly treatment acceptance and conversion targets
- Handle patient queries professionally while maintaining high customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or similar role in a dental clinic
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage patient objections professionally
- Fluent in English
- Presentable, organized, and customer service oriented
- 6 days a week availability

Requirements

- Ability to build rapport and manage patient objections professionally.
- Experience using dental practice management software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
- Presentable, organized, and customer service oriented.
