- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
- Handle patient check in and check out processes
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and nurses to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance related coordination when required
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Support daily administrative and front desk operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a dental clinic (mandatory)
- Flexible to work between branches based on operational needs
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Strong knowledge of clinic software systems / dental management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well groomed, presentable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
