Elevate Clinics in Riyadh is seeking a female Treatment Coordinator and Sales Coordinator to work directly with orthodontists and general dentists.

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the schedules of the orthodontist and general dentist efficiently
- Welcome patients and accompany them throughout their treatment journey in the clinic
- Explain treatment plans and medical recommendations from doctors in a clear and professional manner
- Clarify fees, costs, payment options, and available financing plans to patients
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and various communication channels
- Follow up with interested patients and convert consultations into active treatment cases
- Contribute to achieving clinic goals related to treatment plan acceptance and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate continuously between doctors and administrative team to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow up on financial collections and due payments in coordination with management
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and patient experience
- Prepare periodic reports related to appointments, case acceptance, and productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience in treatment coordination, customer service, or sales, preferably in dental or healthcare
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and earn their trust
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
- Proficiency in computer software and clinic management systems
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus

- تبحث Elevate Clinics عن منسقة علاج ومبيعات متميزة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. ستعمل المرشحة بشكل مباشر مع أخصائي تقويم الأسنان وطبيب الأسنان العام لضمان تقديم تجربة استثنائية للمرضى، بدءًا من الاستشارة الأولى وحتى بدء العلاج ومتابعته.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنظيم وإدارة جداول أخصائي تقويم الأسنان وطبيب الأسنان العام بكفاءة عالية.
- استقبال المرضى ومرافقتهم خلال رحلتهم العلاجية داخل العيادة.
- شرح خطط العلاج والتوصيات الطبية المقدمة من الأطباء بطريقة واضحة ومهنية.
- توضيح الرسوم والتكاليف وخيارات الدفع وخطط التمويل المتاحة للمرضى.
- الرد على استفسارات المرضى عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل المختلفة.
- متابعة المرضى المهتمين بالعلاج وتحويل الاستشارات إلى حالات علاجية فعالة.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف العيادة المتعلقة بقبول خطط العلاج ورضا المرضى.
- التنسيق المستمر بين الأطباء والفريق الإداري لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- متابعة التحصيلات المالية والدفعات المستحقة بالتعاون مع الإدارة.
- المحافظة على أعلى معايير خدمة العملاء وتجربة المرضى.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالمواعيد، قبول الحالات، والإنتاجية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في مجال تنسيق العلاج أو خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع طب الأسنان أو الرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع المرضى وكسب ثقتهم.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت قوية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل المسؤولية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة إدارة العيادات.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة، وتعتبر اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
