- Organize and manage schedules for orthodontist and general dentist
- Welcome patients and accompany them through their treatment journey
- Explain treatment plans and medical recommendations clearly and professionally
- Clarify fees, costs, payment options, and available financing plans
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and various communication channels
- Follow up with interested patients and convert consultations into active cases
- Contribute to clinic goals for treatment plan acceptance and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate between doctors and administrative team for efficient workflow
- Follow up on financial collections and due payments in coordination with management
- Maintain highest standards of customer service and patient experience
- Prepare periodic reports on appointments, case acceptance, and productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience in treatment coordination, customer service, or sales, preferably in dental or healthcare
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
- Proficiency in computer software and clinic management systems
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus
