We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Support Services professional to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our employees and clients.

You will manage travel bookings, coordinate with vendors, and provide exceptional support to travelers while maintaining compliance with company travel policies.

Your organizational skills and commitment to excellence will directly impact our organization's operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

• Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel management software
• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to secure competitive rates and resolve service issues
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide pre-travel briefings to employees, including destination information and travel guidelines
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget allocations
