Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our expanding team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and re-issuance
- Manage hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel itineraries
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Use online travel portals efficiently for bookings and quotations
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to obtain competitive rates
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a travel agency
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of online travel booking portals
- Basic IATA knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle customers confidently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Candidates with valid UAE visa
- Female candidates preferred
Experience
- Travel Agency: 1 year (Required)
- **Salary:** AED 2,000 – 3,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
