- Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with clients and address service related concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and resource allocation.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly utilized and maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage field staff, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience supervising maintenance or facility management teams, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
