Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the travel agency
- Supervise and support travel consultants and administrative staff
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve company targets
- Handle corporate and individual travel bookings including flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide training when necessary
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management on business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Travel Agency Manager or similar managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of local and international travel operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales, customer service, and business development abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
- Ability to manage daily operations, staff, and client relationships effectively
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent English (Preferred)
