- Supervise daily fleet movement, drivers, and transportation operations
- Assign trips and duties to drivers based on operational priorities and schedules
- Monitor drivers' compliance with loading, delivery times, and approved routes
- Ensure vehicle readiness in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, registration, and insurance
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Resolve delays or operational issues promptly and escalate when required
- Monitor fuel consumption, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, and driver behavior
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on transportation performance, trips, incidents, and operating costs
- Ensure drivers comply with safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies
- Support route optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Follow up on preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance
- Train and guide new drivers and monitor their performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, including supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and driver supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and GPS tracking systems
- Good knowledge of transportation, safety, and traffic regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Good knowledge of Jeddah and surrounding areas

Job Purpose
- To supervise daily transportation operations and ensure that trips and deliveries are executed efficiently, while monitoring drivers, vehicles, schedules, safety standards, and service quality to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet movement, drivers, and transportation operations.
- Assign trips and duties to drivers based on operational priorities and schedules.
- Monitor drivers’ compliance with loading, delivery times, and approved routes.
- Ensure vehicle readiness in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, registration, and insurance.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transportation activities.
- Resolve delays or operational issues promptly and escalate when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Good knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and driver supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and GPS tracking systems.
- Good knowledge of transportation, safety, and traffic regulations in Saudi Arabia.
