Transportation Supervisor

Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Grade 12 diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in transportation-related roles.

A valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 or 1 is considered an asset).

Valid industry safety certifications/tickets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide employees effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company-specific applications.
