Role Overview

Lead Transportation and Installation execution across offshore projects within Shared Services.

Provide functional support for T&I engineering and execution across project teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee processes covering marine operations assurance, marine warranty requirements, procedural compliance, safety, integrity, and project effectiveness.
  • Advise on T&I engineering and execution requirements, including vessel assurance, load-out, sea fastening, analyses, methods, and procedures.
  • Share knowledge and lessons learned for engineering designs and contractor installation procedures.
  • Manage T&I performance, KPIs, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate integrated T&I plans for Compression scopes.
  • Monitor performance, identify improvements, and apply lessons learned.
  • Acquire, deploy, and utilize T&I execution resources.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marine, and Logistics organizations on execution plans.
  • Lead T&I safety implementation and support project leadership.
  • Manage T&I risks, design changes, specification revisions, and exceptions through change processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in T&I project management.
  • Experience with offshore heavy lifts, pipeline and cable installations, load-out, and transportation.
  • Extensive senior leadership and supervisory project management experience.
  • Float-over installation experience is preferred.
  • Worldwide experience with offshore contractors.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and stakeholder and offshore contractor specifications.
  • Offshore survival certificate and ability to pass the LNG offshore medical evaluation after employment.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy with professional office and technical applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on teamwork and PMT interaction.
  • Ability to work on or be based on a platform or vessel.

Compensation

  • Day rate in USD plus allowance.

Work Schedule

  • 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Duration

  • 36-month duration with possible extension.

Location and Work Setting

  • Qatar-based role involving offshore projects and work on or from platforms or vessels.
