We are looking for an experienced **Transportation Coordinator** with UAE experience to manage and coordinate transportation operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations, fleet coordination, route planning, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations
- Manage vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch activities
- Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deliveries/pickups
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations
- Maintain transportation records, fuel reports, and vehicle documents
- Handle vehicle maintenance schedules and renewal tracking
- Resolve transportation-related issues and provide operational support
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Transportation Coordinator in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, transport regulations, and fleet operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in fleet management and logistics coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation tracking systems
- Ability to manage drivers and transportation schedules efficiently
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial companies
- Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
