Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate and up to date stock records in the warehouse management system or ERP
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal use or dispatch to customers
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Store Supervisor
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during inbound and outbound deliveries
- Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times
- Support the implementation of warehouse best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift driving license with proven operational experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for inventory control
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate stock records, and safe operation of warehouse equipment to support uninterrupted production and supply chain processes.
