Experience and Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics management.
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing large fleets in construction, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and fleet management practices.
- Ability to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the fleet, including trucks, trailers, buses, light vehicles, and heavy equipment transport vehicles.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability and reliability.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize transportation routes and vehicle assignments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.
- Monitor transportation activities for compliance with project schedules and customer requirements.
- Handle transportation-related issues, delays, and emergencies effectively.
