Role Overview
The Site Administrator is responsible for site monitoring, access control, property protection, and security reporting at a construction site.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard and monitor the construction site, equipment, materials, and company property.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles according to company procedures.
- Verify visitor identities and maintain an accurate visitor log.
- Conduct routine patrols to identify unauthorized activities, security risks, and safety hazards.
- Report theft, vandalism, accidents, suspicious activities, and emergencies to the Site Supervisor or management.
- Ensure gates, doors, fences, and storage areas are properly secured.
- Monitor construction materials and equipment entering or leaving the site.
- Report unsafe conditions and support compliance with company security procedures.
Qualifications and Conditions
- A light vehicle license is required.
- The role states that the candidate must be able to join immediately.
