Role Overview

The Site Administrator is responsible for site monitoring, access control, property protection, and security reporting at a construction site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guard and monitor the construction site, equipment, materials, and company property.
  • Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles according to company procedures.
  • Verify visitor identities and maintain an accurate visitor log.
  • Conduct routine patrols to identify unauthorized activities, security risks, and safety hazards.
  • Report theft, vandalism, accidents, suspicious activities, and emergencies to the Site Supervisor or management.
  • Ensure gates, doors, fences, and storage areas are properly secured.
  • Monitor construction materials and equipment entering or leaving the site.
  • Report unsafe conditions and support compliance with company security procedures.

Qualifications and Conditions

  • A light vehicle license is required.
  • The role states that the candidate must be able to join immediately.
