- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations
- Schedule and monitor vehicle movements, deliveries, and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding transport schedules
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle usage
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on time
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues promptly
- Prepare logistics reports and update management on operational performance
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Assist in route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Handle transport related documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English proficiency required
- Arabic is an advantage
