Responsibilities
- Manage and process all government related documentation and approvals
- Handle employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, and residency renewals
- Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDED, and other relevant entities
- Process trade license renewals, company registrations, and amendments
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding government related requirements
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
- Support management with administrative and compliance matters
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, ADDED, and Abu Dhabi government departments
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Summary
