Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities
- Manage driver schedules, attendance, and route assignments
- Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per operational requirements
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and transportation costs
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Maintain transportation records, permits, registrations, and insurance documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company policies
- Investigate and report vehicle incidents, accidents, or delays
- Track vehicle performance and implement improvements for operational efficiency
- Liaise with internal departments regarding transportation requirements
- Prepare transportation reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with UAE transportation regulations and road safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Incharge to oversee the daily transportation operations of the company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle movements, coordinating drivers, monitoring maintenance schedules, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities.
- Manage driver schedules, attendance, and route assignments.
- Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per operational requirements.
