- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
- Ensure candidate information and recruitment records are updated accurately
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Good knowledge of UAE job market and recruitment channels
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies
- Own laptop and internet connection preferred

Job Description – Freelance Recruiter (Commission Based)
- Position: Freelance Recruiter
- Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote / Flexible)
- Employment Type: Freelance / Commission Based
- Compensation: Payment based on successful candidate closures
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Compensation Structure
- No fixed salary.
- Payment will be made only for successful candidate closures.
- Commission / incentive per closure will be discussed and agreed upon before assignment.
- Higher incentives may apply for senior level or hard to fill positions.
