Transport Coordinator

About This Position

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate transport activities with warehouses, Customer Service, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Manage domestic and international transport for dangerous and non-dangerous goods.
• Support transport planning, shipment consolidation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
• Manage claims for damaged or lost goods and validate freight invoices.
• Monitor transport provider performance and support 3PL operations and logistics projects.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Have knowledge of customs-related processes.
• Be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Have well-developed time management and organizational skills.
• Be proactive and able to lead and coordinate others.
