- Maintain transport logs, fuel records, trip sheets, and fleet documentation
- Liaise with project teams to fulfill transportation requirements
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company HSE policies
- Prepare transport reports and support efficient fleet operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in transport or fleet coordination, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and fleet management software
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
