Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle allocations
- Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deployment of vehicles
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, assignments, and operational requirements
- Maintain vehicle utilization records and operational reports
- Communicate with clients regarding transportation schedules and service updates
- Monitor driver attendance, duty assignments, and shift planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Handle transportation related documentation and reporting
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules with the workshop team
- Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions
- Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or operations coordination
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and transportation regulations preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary
- Shurooq Al Salam Passenger Transport Via Rented Buses LLC OPC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers and vehicles, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle allocations.
- Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deployment of vehicles.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, assignments, and operational requirements.
- Maintain vehicle utilization records and operational reports.
- Communicate with clients regarding transportation schedules and service updates.
