Job Summary

  • Shurooq Al Salam Passenger Transport Via Rented Buses LLC OPC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers and vehicles, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain operational records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle allocations.
  • Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deployment of vehicles.
  • Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, assignments, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain vehicle utilization records and operational reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding transportation schedules and service updates.
  • Monitor driver attendance, duty assignments, and shift planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Handle transportation related documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules with the workshop team.
  • Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or operations coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in staff transportation operations will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and transportation regulations preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
